Physician Assistant Program Detail

PA Program has two phases and seven semesters (28 Consecutive months)

  • In the first phase you have 16 month pre clinical year (i.e. around 68 hours), where you get interaction with your clinical skill development which you get from Sentara Centre.
  • In the Second phase you have 12 months (i.e. 31 credit hours). In this period you learn how to adapt the role and function of Physician Assistant in professional socialization process. 

Tuition Fee and their Structure

The tuition fee is always declared before the starting of new session of PA program by EVMS.

Tuition fees for in-state students is $11,894 per semester whereas for out-state students it has $14,352 per semester. There are some additional charges such as cost of books; supplies and equipment are also included in the mandatory fee of course.

Other Expenses

  • Health insurance is also available in the school with optional basis. An Approx charge for health insurance is $6,960 for the entire length of the program.
  • Transportation Charges and your living charges are vary from candidate to candidate.
